the front desk helped arrange taxi service to the airport. the location provided easy access to the spanish steps.

excellent location and helpful staff
ideal location helpful staff perfect room
The location is ideal for seeing major attractions. i walked to the spanish steps in just a few minutes. the front desk staff were amazing. They helped with taxis and gave great recommendations. housekeeping kept my beautiful double room balcony perfect.
the breakfast could offer slightly more choices in its selection of toppings.

the hotel features an elevator, a great plus for reaching upper floors easily. a continental breakfast is included, and it's very good, but a little more variety would be ideal. the air conditioning worked perfectly!!!

an okay stay near spanish steps
convenient location friendly staff faulty air conditioner clogged sink
the location was convenient. it was a short walk to the spanish steps. the staff was friendly especially the breakfast staff. they were helpful.
the air conditioner was not working. someone tried to fix it but they said it was working as good as it could. they brought us a fan. the bathroom sink was clogged.

marble staircase top attraction complimentary breakfast
The location is great near top attractions! the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations. i saw a green marble staircase i found it to be fancy. the breakfast surprised me with its quality. There was so much to choose from!
the elevator was a bit slow at times, but it worked fine overall.

inefficient system extra cost
the location was great for seeing main attractions.
The breakfast ordering system felt really inefficient. i had to order from a server, it often took about 15 minutes just to start eating. also, i was surprised that scrambled or boiled eggs cost extra. I didn't expect that and it seemed unnecessary.
